A Little Saturday Silver

While out and about this morning stopped to dump some halves and then hit a couple banks on the way home to get some dimes. Banks around here don't have much coin on them so I can only get small amounts, which kinda stinks. But got $100 from one bank and $60 from another. The $100 contained $70 in machine rolls and $30 in cwr, and the $60 was those clear plastic wrapped rolls. The clear rolls and cwr's were a bust, but got 2 1964 Roosies from the rest. For some reason I never have much luck with cwr's and those clear wrapped rolls. Two more for the pile though.

The clear wrapped dimes suck for me, too. I have only gone through a few boxes of those but have found nothing of interest. I also use a 30x loupe to view the side of a suspected dime in the clear wrapper without opening and it's easy to pick out the small golden flecks of copper so I don't even waste time in unwrapping them.
