That's a Faravahar - representation of Zoroaster - from North of Pharotic Egypt in what is now Iran.

(from the wiki) The Farvahar is the most worn pendant amongst Iranians and has become a national symbol, ......so this most likely has little age to it and no real value. It appears to be base metal that had its coating worn off by the surf.
