Let the dog out about 4am and felt a nice pleasant Chinook breeze and thought I'm gonna go for a bike ride this morning. I often ride up to one of the local thrift stores as it pretty much uphill and a nice downhill ride on return. The bike ride was a nice outdoor scenic ride. My walk through the thrift store was great also, because I scored 250 grams of sterling for an even $10.00 which I had them round it out to after tax and a bag I had to purchase to secure it to the bike.

I’m guessing the thrift store isn’t open at 4:00 am. 😆 Nice haul! That item reminds me of a church collection plate. Good exercise and good purchase = Win Win. 👍🏼

Well worth the ride uphill.
Coasting back with that warm feeling of the silver buy.
Congrats

No it doesn't open till 9am. It was much warmer then it's been lately. It was a nice 62° day. I guess the forcast for Christmas is gonna be about the same. Hardly ever see a white Christmas around here.

Been awhile on finding any silver. There's signs more folks looking, because the price tags are peeled back by others on the plated stuff looking to see if it's marked underneath. Seeing that leads me to believe I'm probably missing some scores. This piece was just put out on the shelf. It's a very busy store that turns merchandise over literally by the minute.

Up in my parts it never makes it out if the backrooms where they sort.
Some places it cheaper to buy at the retail outlets.
Disposable incomes provided through the mail slot.
