Well, my first year of detecting is coming to end soon and I haven't found a bunch of items on my wishlist. However, today I unexpectingly got my first Draped Bust LC on a high school soccer field of all places. Nothing like finding firsts! It was about 4 inches down right on the side line of the soccer field. And wouldn't you know it, I scratched it. I haven't scratched a coin in months. Luckily it scraped off patina and not into the copper. I loved the patina but the scrape looked bad. So I gave it a lemon juice bath and the scratch isn't on the surface. However, it looked so much better with the patina. Oh well, still a sweet wishlist find.
Other then that I got a $3.35 gas rebate in clad. I did leave several deep signals which I couldn't find. Hopefull, Santa will be bringing me that probe I want.
