A Few That I kept

I gave my grand son my best rocks, points and gemstones to get him started. So for years now he hunts for everything. He even found a small meteorite! Some day I will get some pictures of what I gave him to post here for other collectore to see. However I kept a few for myself. Here are some of what I have. The green quartz I am starting to wonder about, it may not be quartz, I never tested it. It was a large piece of around 8 inches Intel some school teacher dropped it while my girl was showing it for show and tell. I may post a few more later on this week. I am not sure what everyone else collects in way of rocks. Perhaps my small collection won't interst anyone.

Thank you Cntrydncr1! I was just in the basement and found a few more. The large piece of fools gold I found on a rock pile. The yellow one I am thinking is yellow quartz. The black one is an Apache tear.

The first one might be aquamarine, I would have it tested to see what it is.
