A few more from what I thought was a hunted out city park.

I gave up on this park about 15 years ago but since hitting it a few times over the last week or so the following coins have seen the light of day. Two mercury dimes, nine indian head cents, four buffalo nickels and one draped bust large cent. Plus at least 20 wheat cents. Today's short hunt resulted in the worn Draped bust large cent, 1892 Indian head cent, 1941 mercury dime, 1955 wheatie, Railway school token and small buckle. Most of these were signals I probably would have passed over earlier in my detecting career. I guess after 32 years I finally know what I'm doing !

Congrats on the old coins! :occasion14:

Nice finds my friend- hunted out? I think not!

Way to go!

Those are some nice finds. I would love to hit some parks in my area, but they are a little too public for my liking, and the locals can get cranky about detecting. Glad you can hit yours and make some great saves.

Good job sometimes just coming from a different angle is enough to hit signals you diddnt ghet before Plus yep Im sure you have much more experiance .Always cool to find stuff at places you thought were hunted out Well done

I'd say that's a great variety of finds Ed. Good thing you still hit that park every now and then.
