A bell which does not look old to me (has threads where the handle would attach and the finishing inside is rough) and what looks like a barrel tap, or at least something like what the colonial guys find.

A tag with "130" hand stamped on it and a diamond with a B inside it, surrounded by the letters N T W Co.

i think the bell item may be a spacer or decorative piece for a lamp?

No, I'm 100% sure it is actually a bell, but I suspect it may be 20th century "India" brass, rather than 19th century USA.

The one piece looks like a petcock valve.(radiator, crankcase, other uses etc.) If hollow inside otherwise could be part of a stering joint?Sorta like third pic. it's from a boat but have seen some on tractors also and more rounded. But usually on the end of a hydralic ram.The way it tapers though on the threaded end I think valve.Need better pic. of each end.Might be a spigot. :icon_scratch:
They do make champagne taps that look like it has that type of valve.

Your bell is 100% certain a bell. They are common finds on sites from the Victorian Era. Below is a link to a complete one I dug (handle and all). I have also found many pieces of them over the years. I don't know what they are made of, but it is a material that bears a lot of resemblance to Tombac, only much less brittle.

The other item is not a barrel tap, but I don't know what its function was.

The third item... I seem to remember those being attached to telephone poles. :icon_scratch:

Best Wishes,

Buck
