A fatty

Recently I’ve dug either a fatty IH or perhaps a Flying Eagle cent. Other than using just a toothpick, I haven’t done anything else to clean it. I’d love to get an identity if I can. Does anyone have a suggestion to maybe take cleaning it to the next step?
