Went back out for something to do today. I went back to the area I have been hitting. I really slowed down and started digging anything that gave me a high tone or a mid tone and an iron or any other tone. I dug a lot of nails. However, I did dig some deep silver and a few one of a kind finds. As for silver I got a Washington quarter, a Barber dime 1903, and 5 mercs. I also got a small sterling lock. Two buffalo nickels, a 1935 and a no date one. 5 wheat's about did it.
Now for the strange things. The metal typer token is the first I ever found with a patent date on it. 5-15-23. I have a lot of them but none that old that I know of. Next is the small old car. It says THANKS FOR THE BUGGY RIDE on it. Another strange find is the swim buckle with a boy riding a sheep? LOL. The last item was probably a ribbon because both parts were in the same hole. The top part says American Legion. The bottom says AMERICAN LEGION THIRTEENTH ANNUAL CONVENTION DETROIT 1931
