I found these CPR things at an old school very close to railway tracks, I know they are railway related..but what for!.
They are made of lead and I think they might have had a wire or something that inserted into the lead before crimping closed with the CPR seal (kinda like the lock on the glass power meter, anti tampering ).
The other thing is this old key, could it be from a tractor or maybe an old car?
Any help is appreciated.

They are indeed lead seals used to prevent tampering with the boxcar. If the seal was broken you knew someone had tampered or tried to enter the boxcar.
