Regarding the belt buckle: I don't believe it can be attributed to the Nazi party... it is not of the design or quality of their buckles. It could be a "good luck" buckle more related to Native Americans, as they used the swastika in this regard prior to the Germans taking it on for their own purpose. -I've been wrong before, but that's my guess. Fun finds though!

I knew that the "Swastica"
had two meanings, one good, and one bad
But does'nt that depend on which way it's written???
Wheater to the right of to the left, Or am I way off base here ???

The swastika can be found in either direction for earlier uses. Yours happens to be consistent with the way the Germans used it, but other than that it doesn't match the standards of how things should be made, per the National Socialist Party. I agree with dg39 that it looks earlier than WWII.

the lead stamp i think should read "san francisco" on it. looks like you got most of the "francisco" there. might be railroad related.
