A condom for your carrot?

Thank you A#1 :icon_thumleft:

If its just for wear, not for waterproofing, why not just wrap the lower end in adhesive tape?

Can and must be renewed from time to time, yet material costs are cents.

Too cheap, too easy. *_*

That’s exactly what I do, and just replace the tape every couple months. I use electrical tape, BTW. Works perfectly.
Almost ready for a re-do soon..

Yeah, my too, save that I use normal duct tape. Plus one strip up over the button. That may a weak point, too.

I havent used it for that purpose yet but the Bendic uv glue is amazing stuff, strong enough to make temporary teeth, at least that what my dentist used while waiting for the crown to be made and i was impressed

I have never used it. I wonder how this stuff would suffice?

It’ll work just fine - if the solvents don’t attack the plastic. Looks better than tape too.
Tape is just quick and cheap - and I have plenty in several colors.

Plastic Dip will not destroy or attack the plastic, many of us have used it in spray form as coil covers using multiple coats.

Try some Shoe Goo, that stuff is tough.

Well, that's interesting....

About six years back I posted a long dissertation about how I like to keep my pinpointer clean and looking like new, and the steps to make the homemade cover I use to accomplish this. I don’t think folks liked it too much considering only two people responded, but my pinpointer still to this day looks and works like brand new. Here’s a link to that post.
