Hand warmers, dressed up.
I hit this site 3 times prior the planting of beans.
So finds were far and in between the heavy iron.

No detail till I scraped it with Jim's Double Ended Toothpick
Also it had a special double rubbing with the Mrs 🌶's lemon rind.

Looking good Pepper.. Are these the Ontario fields? And you must be getting close to freezing out there.. I do not envy you that..

At least here on Vancouver Island, the weather is .. well.... the mildest in Canada in the winter.. I will be getting out more if I can get this stupid ALS under some semblance of control

You came away with some really nice Saves. I really like the church charm and the Gold gilt "Star" button. All nice relics, Congrat's. What can you tell us about what appears to be a small mountain just beyond the crest of the hill in the first pic? Have you hunted it? It looks interesting in the pic.

Yes NE of Kingston approx 45km.
We had below freezing temps last night.
High of 4C today. Got some double digit temps this week.
I lived on the Island for a number of yrs.
Detected in the 70's early 80's.
Sorry to hear about your ALS.
I lost my oldest sibling to it.
