Went out with Smittyman today to a couple of his permissions. The weather was absolutely gorgeous. Carolina blue skies, sunny, and pushing 60 degrees. Eat your heart out Abe, Vino and all you other northerners with frigid temps and frozen ground....LOL

Didn't find a whole lot. Managed a few wheat pennies, a 1958 dog tag, newer toy car and a lonely little mercury dime. It is the camaraderie that made the hunt fun. I hope everyone gets a chance to get out hunting this weekend and ya'll have amazing luck.

It's all in good fun, us "northerners" get feisty when the grounds frozen lol!!

You made some nice finds. Mercs & dog tags are always welcome under my coil.

Nice Merc. find!

This northerner got out for a quick beach hunt, nothing great found, but a great time!

Good show Beez! Any day with a silver is good day!

See ya soon.

Jay - I enjoyed being able to get together and hunt but my rear still smarts from the spanking!
