First hunt of the year and you pulled all oldies and no clad. O boy. Good job

Wish I had locations like that!

did the spot once before, 4 years ago got 7 1880's up Indians and a wheat that day.
so today wasn't as good as I would have liked.
But I'm happy :laughing7:

My nephew got a couple nice pieces of Victorian era Jewelry Today

Having a few minutes to hunt with the nephew? Priceless!

Congrats!

Cufflink I think..

Sure was a nice hunt, good to spend some time with the uncle and looking forward to 1-2 more hunts this week with him. My finds including the parking lot dove decoy find!!ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1457388446.277908.jpg

Nice hunt Jeff. I'm glad you got out for some fun instead of chasing hooligans. Nice pictures and research - I always enjoy that on your posts

Steve

Looks like you and the nephew had a good time out diggin'.

oh these don't qualify as a today's find.
I found these last year I believe. But cannot remember where.
Just that they are familiar :(
While prepping my detector supplies case, I found them in it.

yes was 67 today. still 59 supposed to be 50's - 60's 70's for highs next 10 days.
I'm a bit sore now But gotta force myself as much as possible to get ready for spring & summer

We are thawing quickly.
Next week should allow access to a field that needs finishing from last year .
Clayish so it needs extra time for melt to soak, but not too much so's it allows easy digging and still have that magic spring moisture for signals.

Ya ,getting conditioned counts! Used to be easier ,l.o.l..

I hope all those family members are on your side of the county because i don't need my side of the county being wiped out... lol

Very nice that you got out,
Also nice to hear that you shared the hunt with your nephew.
The research is excellent and the pictures are great.
