I guess at this point it is up to you to decide what you would prefer issombeituni. I believe a new 705 comes standard with the 7.5khz coil. That would give you two 705's with a full set of coils to interchange between the two.

You could opt for the safari, with the FBS technology and 11"DD coil as an added dimension to your detecting, and still have the 705 with the high and low frequency coils which would give you a good variety of detecting options.

Bottom line is, which option best fit you.

It may be a 7.75khz coil as standard don't remember. Not that it really matters.
