7 Silver coins 1 silver ring 4 buffalo nickels and 30 wheats!

8 SILVER yard. I found one wheat cent yesterday and found 30 today! Also found 7 silver coins and a silver ring, 3 Mercury dimes, 2 Roosevelts and 2 war nickels. Also found 4 buffalo nickels! This is the best one day hunt in a yard I have ever had(I even hunted in the rain with my shrink-wrapped Etrac for about 3 hours). I was going to shoot for my next goal of 35 silver coins: today's finds bring them to 34! Big turnaround from yesterday !

Enjoy,those yards are hard to find. I think I have hunted maybe four like that where every swing you seem to have a good target. Good times!!

Went back to the yard and managed to find a 1945 Walking liberty half, 5 wheats 2 nickels and a "Good For" token.

Been really slow for me in August thus far: about 25 wheats, 1 IH, 1Buff, 1 silver Rosie, 1 1938 dog tax tag,clad Kennedy half and a couple pieces of silver jewelry (and that's between 5 yards!)

Thanks! I go out almost every other day and I dig junk too...actually hard to top that yard a few weeks ago! I've hunted about 6 yards since the beginning of August and really only have a few decent coins to show for it but I keep plugging away. Just waiting for that next great yard!
