Worth saving! I think those are all definatly worth saving.. What do you mean by that? your going to sell them? Hold on to them, you never know what they may be worth.

My dad gave me some old coins about 25 years ago, and here are some of the older ones. All foreign, but I'm not sure if I have any worth saving.

Dates are top, L-R: 1901, 1911, and 1878.

Bottom, L-R: 1903, 1906, 1909, 1883, and 1894.

The largest one says "Exposition Paris 1878" on the reverse. Thanks for any help!

Top row: 1901 is from Switzerland. The next two I can't tell, I'll have to wait till I get home and look at my catalog.

Bottom row: All Switzerland except #2, which is Hungarian.

Nice selection! Definitely keepers.

The last one in row 2 is not Swiss (1894). It'll take some hard research to ID it, unless we get a look at the other side... ;D (Ditto coin #2 in row 1). The Paris coin is prolly a commemorative.

Don't get rid of them, you might regrete it later since your dad gave them to you!

My favorite coin is also one of my lowest value coins. It's a well worn 1948 quarter. However, being my Grandpa gave it to me years ago, it's my most treasured and will never leave my collection. Make sense.
Hang on to that memory.
