Can anyone date this crock or give an approximate value for it? There is a banner under the eagle & the US & a number 5. Its 19 inches tall.

Hi! I have one of those too! (not made into a lamp though) I had a hard time reading what was in the banner under the eagle. It reads STANDARD. I also cannot find any info on it, other than what is here.
