Were all sick people.. Like my kids say you went out in that cold weather for 6 to 7 hours for a few pennies and a dime ,,I got some change in my desk if you need it.. Remember the movie My Cousin Vinny ARE YOU ON DRUGS MR GAMBINI???? From their perspective I'm a bent fork that got stuck in the dish disposer. Yet I look them in the eye and say yep I braved the cold for hours for less than a dollar in change. I walk away standing so tall you could put a nickel on my head and I would be a thumb tack. Wow dad cool fork why did you bring it home ???? Dad do you know that that is an old horse shoe???Yes I do !!But we don't have a horse!!! My wife yells from the kitchen yes but we do have an ASS !!!Trust me I hear it all until the gold rings and silver jewelry starts disappearing.. Only a true treasure hunter understands and will be happy with a silver coin after a whole day detecting and keep doing it Ive seen many people who will get a detector and when they don't get good finds all the time complain and give up!!!!!!!!! They are not Forks They are dorks with sporks!!!!!!! Thanks Tommy ,as you can see I'm bored!!!!! And I am a Fork

Tommy, way to go man! Guess I didn't see your post before. In the middle of a home remodeling project and I think I'm breathing in too many paint fumes. Now tell us that merc is a 1916D! Good Job!

I get it , i was on the beach today ! with my goggles on. ....nice finds

Glad you're able to get out and find the good stuff. Congrats on the finds, including the fork! I am glad to see I am not the only one who loses finds to the significant other. Hopefully spring finds us all soon.

Nice finds, Congrats. I've been hunting here in Az. in mid 90's and you are freezing there. If we could find something in the middle it would be great.

I hige my rings now they can have the fork!!! Well will see ???

Sweet hunt!!
Nothing wrong with swinging in less then perfect weather or the cold. And your not crazy or hardcore, just doing what you love to do. Finding silver and other keepers is just the icing on the cake.
Congrats on a good day....
