I hit a park the other day that I had never hunted. The coins coming up (1980's quarters and nickels) at 2-3 inches deep told me that this park had not been hunted recently. This told me that there must be treasure buried nearby! After about 25 minutes, my VX3 started giving off strong signals in the 60-70 range. I carefully pinpointed the target and dug up 4 rings! BOOM! 3 silver and 1 costume in 1 hole (2 bobbie pins as well). After about 2 hours I also had a pocket full of clad. I will have to go back and carefully sweep for deeper targets. Nice way to end 2014. Happy and abundant hunting for 2015!:hello2:

JC, I grew up in Yorba Linda way back when it was just a rural area
(early 70's), and can't believe how much it has grown since. Left
there in '78 and have only been back once, since. Went to see our
old horse ranch and found some rich dude had turned it into a
winery. The rat tore out the horse arena I had built (with blood
and sweat) and planted freaking grapes...go figure.

Congrats on the ring spill!
