So, Jeff - you gonna jump on that?

Looks like a pretty peaceful place to be someday. There's just no telling, and large enough to visit many times.

And then on the other hand, that area became a very rough area over the years. So I would recommend it only be a "group hunt" with friends.

Nah, I retired from Detroit, and came home to the safety of my holler. My daughters and I had an apartment in Troy, right off I-75 (convenient to whatever project I was working). My next door neighbor was an elderly lady. She was raped and murdered by a 16 year old - another neighbor. Two of my kids still live there.... So I do visit at the major times of the year.
