Blimey. I think I might actually have found something 😯

Torc fragment I reckon. They cut these twisted gold jewelry items up later (after purchase or 'removal' from the wearer) to use as currency.

I've already let the FLO know with an email pic etc.
Found in a park in Sussex. Might get a bit told off but no damage done to ground and found yesterday so hopefully they won't mind too much. If they do, well...

What you think guys?

Ya, nearly a freebie.
Buddy and me were figuring it was pushing a $1.00 (Can) a minute.:laughing7:
But it's the best money spent for getting a dream come true.
 

When I figured it, it came out to be about $20 an hour U.S. which included air fare, food, drink, side bets, etc, for a one week trip. Can't wait to do it again in the spring! :icon_thumleft:
