Here are 3 different items I could really use everyones help with, the first is a trade token, sorry for the bad picture. On the one side it says "Good for 5 cents in trade" on the other side it says "Phillips & Corning restaurant and pool tables" I found this in northern Wi. in an area I know to be a logging camp, I can't not find it in any book or on the net anywhere, so your help would be greatly appreciated. I intend to leave all my finds to my granddaughter & want to make sure the things are accurately identified.

The Second item is what I have been told is a Civil war commemorative reunion medal, but again I can't find it anywhere, also found in northern Wi.

The 3rd item is from what I believe to be from a french explorer, most people believe it to be ivory & the metal is pewter. The two look like they are bonded together with a melted lead??? solder???

All three were found on the bank of the same river which I know is one of the earliest explored rivers in Wi. Thanks for your help. I hope I can load the pictures right now LOL. Chris

Chris - I moved this back to the top.

See if you can scan or get pictures that are a little bit clearer... that may be hard for you to do, but will help a great deal.

Is there a back on the commemorative piece? What does is say or look like?

I live that horn... looks like the classic Italian horn I grew up seeing all my buddies wear. LOL

Good luck with your IDs...

The back of the commemorative is smooth without any words at all. Thanks for your advise. Chris

Thank you so much for the link, that's exactly what it looks like!! I would have never known for sure. I knew someone on this site would be educated on the piece, Thanks again. Chris
