Dumpsters here in MA are mostly compactors. But I did score these beauties today at Target. They were leaning on the dumpster, all brand new with a few bumps. 2 have a broken peg and one missing a seat, but that's and easy fix, I don't get it why they tossed these!! (all the tags said "Trash" on them)

May have been returns or when the store put them together, parts were missing. I had a job once as a bicycle assembly man. The company that I worked for would get contracts with stores to assemble bikes. They would call and tell me that I had a certain number of bikes at a certain store to assemble. It paid by the bike. I worked for 2 weeks driving up to 150 miles each day. My last day , I had 30+ bikes to assemble over an hour away. I got to the store, opened a box and started assembly. Half way through, realize that I am missing a screw. The manager walked up and I explained that I needed a screw to finish this bike and he said take it all back apart and put it back in the box. Over half the bikes that day were missing parts. I could have used parts from one to fix most of the others but that wasn't acceptable. That was it for me.

Nice score and sharp eye
