Went out to the newest permission today to look for more non-ferrous targets. My wife joined me today, she used the Deus 2 and I the Manticore. The old house was right along a heavily traveled road, we found a lot of trash. I dug some iron, it amazes me that small nails can sound like large iron. My wife was the clear winner at that site today. She found her very first sleigh bell. I was amazed when it popped out of the plug.
She also found this. Not sure what it is.
I found these. She stole my thunder!
After a couple hours of digging mostly trash we decided to go for lunch and hit another spot.
She found what I think looks like what's left of an iron reigns guide.
Then she found a great signal very deep. Turned out to be a beer can at 11 inches!
I had the best find at this location. A decorative lock plate.
She was bummed by all the trash and asked how I can keep doing this every weekend. I told her we found a bell and lock plate that made it worth the day!
