I'll assume your bill begins with the letter "C" followed by a number, not another letter. If the bill is Series 2006, there is no premium. If the bill is other than a Series 2006, let us know.

"G" indicates Series 2004-A.
"K" indicates Dallas
$20 star bills starting with GK are 'current' and have yet to be valued (IMO) at a premium.
