2 OLD head stamps marked but what date range found at an 1895 site

[Depths Of History]

I found these 2 old head stamps for shotgun stamps at an old home built in 1895. One sags "Peters Target No. 12" and the other one says, "Clippers R.H.A. CO. No. 12" . Anyone have any date range on these things and the rarity of these head stamps?

Peters is common 30's to 50's I have not heard of the clipper
