2 Eagle Cuff Buttons From 2 Different U.S. Camps-Same Day!!

As I stated in my last post from Friday, I wanted to get 200 CW relics before the grass gets too high to hunt here in Tennessee. My count was 194 before today. I went to a U.S. Infantry Camp this morning and dug 7 relics in the first pic. The Eagle GS cuff button was the best find there. That got me to my goal but I decided to hunt a completely different U.S. camp in the afternoon. I had been finding .69 cal. 3 ringers & Musket balls there. To my surprise, all I dug was pistol bullets AND another Eagle GS Cuff button in the 2nd pic. Where I hunted today may be the camp HQ or where some cavalry spent time. Twilight on the Cumberland on the way home was a pretty sight.

If you love eagle buttons you should come hunt here in Stafford,Virginia .. You can just dig holes in some spots in Stafford and eagle or NY Militia buttons will literally just pop outta the ground.

Mark, I don't think that how rare your ring is has fully sunk in yet. The TENN veteran's pin in my avatar is only one of 20 ever dug according to several relic dealers. I never expect to dig any relic rarer than that. Yours is ONE of a kind. Q.
