2 boxes of halves, tons of enders!!!!

Hey folks, I picked up my 2 half dollar boxes today, just got around to opening them, there were tons of enders, I was actually amazed.


Here are the results:


box 1: 59 bicentennial enders... NO SILVER, but a 1987-S proof in nice condition popped out.
box 2: 84 bicentennial enders(several double enders)... no silver.

I thought it was weird, i am not only starting December off how November ended(skunky), but got somebody's bicentennials too, most in AU shape. sorry no photos.

Sounds like the boxes I got yesterday, about the same amount of NIFC enders. Every roll was half NIFCs! I returned 'em to the wild

i picked up some CWR the other day BBoy and was excited as 5 of them looked like really old worn paper, but the ends still appeared to be crimped so I figured there might be some silver if they were really old bank rolls. I didn't look at the enders other than to see that they weren't silver.

When I got home and opened one and all of them slid out as near mint bicentennials did I realize the joke was on me. 5/5 solid Bicens.....they went in refill box for replacing silvers.....already used about 20 of them!

really crazy how many bicen and 1971's were minted.

That's actually why I gave up posting recently. Got a couple of good boxes the last few weeks, but too much hassle to take pics, edit, and post them.

Yes, it is a pain in the but to do it, but, I know I love seeing picks ( not that I need proof from people) and I try to post some when I can if the box Merits it, but, yes, it is a pain to do some times. HH, Maverick.
