1st post - 1915 PA Dog Tax Tag

Hi everyone! This is my very first post. My husband, JerV3 has been an active member on here for quite some time now and I recently started going out hunting with him. I wish I would have started a long time ago! He's been teaching me a lot and it's been challenging to learn everything there is to know! I have made a few good finds and I will post those separately in a different post. We were hunting an old mine camp last night and I found this 1915 dog tax tag. I had no idea what it was until we got it home and cleaned up. My husband says they are pretty popular and I tried to find the same one online but couldn't find too much information about it. It says 1915 - Dog Tax Paid - All'y CO which I am assuming is Allegheny County. Below is a picture. Any information anyone could provide would be awesome!
