1st Find

New to this.

Picked up a Bounty Hunter 2200 at my local Radio Shack for $45 (had a coupon) its on sale for $49.99.

I guess you can say this is my first find. Looking forward to share my real finds with all.

...looking forward to strolling the beaches...relaxing....getting some excercise....and finding Blackbeards Treasure

welcome to the forum Rosko. I still have my 2200 but upgraded to the Ace250. Looking forward to seeing some of the posts of finds from you. Time will seem to fly by while you are detecting. I know it does for me. You probably will be scanning all kinds of things while you are driving (old houses, fields, strips of dirt by the side of the road, etc.) I'm surprised I haven't had an accident yet cause that is where my eyes are pointing...not at the road or the traffic.

That's were it all start's Rosko,just don't get discouraged,there's all kind's of stuff in the ground.Start off with easy find's like the playground's or park's and get the feel for it,the rest will come....research is your biggest key.Have fun and looking forward to your first dig..HH!!
