ACE 250
Well after having the Ace 250 in the house for over a week and not being able to use it, my kids gave it to me today for father's day. Went to two tot lots one with the kids and one without. Not a bad start. Earliest coin was a 1941 wheat. Another interesting one was a toll token for CT(hard to see). We took down the Toll booths probably 20 years ago. Looking forward to more! :)

Great start with the Ace 250. You did much better than I did the first time with my Ace 250. Man I hit the tot lots hard yesterday. Sand and wood chip areas. I found a few very small things that were pretty deep. I dig every signal in the tot lots. Congrats on the nice first outing with the Ace 250. That's a very good machine.

Very impressive first outing....now the hard part....get out a few times a week and find yourself some sites that replenish themselves every few weeks. Good luck!

looks to me like your off to a great start ! a wheat on the first time out is great i havent found one yet, congrats to you ;)

Keep on swinging. It takes some folks a LONG time to find a wheat penny. I am sure you will love that Ace.
Happy hunting

Welcome to TNet, kroche!

You're off to a good start with that bunch of finds.

Did the kids help? If they are interested and become hunting buddies you'll collect a lot of memories with them. That's real treasure!

Thanks for sharing.

Welcome to TreasureNet. Everyone that has a 250 seems to love it...I'm thinking about getting one for my backup and so my wife can go hunting with me.

I normally have everything except for what can find silver with notched out, but clad is not all the ACE finds. I've found rings, medallions, bracelets (silver), tokens, tags, and plenty of silver coins with it. I am sure the ACE 250 can find gold if it's there.

This could not be more wrong... I have found a lot of silver rings, necklaces and bracelets. Silver and stone crucifix along with other misc. and old coins like walkin half dollar and a couple a silver Kennedy's. I have found several gold and diamond rings as well. No offense but if you arent finding silver with the Ace you are not in the right places. It is a silver finding machine. The gold just ends up coming once you know where it "rings" up on the machine.
