I'd guess this was not Unique to Hawaii.
If you ever come across Mention in your research of a Place being a Former
Reform School.
Here is something to Consider that Never came to Mind before This.
I would imagine not just on the premises either,
But before they actually Entered the Grounds also. Perhaps in a Woods.
