1997 bimetal 1000 lira

Found a 1997 Italian 1000 lira bimatal coin today. It was in a woodchip filled school playground. I am sure some kid was bringing it for show and tell at school but it never ended up making it home again. It is only worth 77cents US but it is priceless to me. Also picked up 57cents in all new coins but any coin is a big deal for me. Maybe after I have been doing this for 10 years it won't be such a big deal.

Na, they are all special. Ones with dates of birth years of self, family & friends or conditions at time of find make it special(last one of year with a foot of snow on the ground, etc.), type of coin or just maybe it was needed at the time. I was out for the first time in the city yesterday and found a key and I had a good laugh, it was special..............63bkpkr
