As far as I know it’s not extremely rare. Not sure how cool it is though. I’m just getting into the hobby and hoping for a few to start a collection. I still have tons of saved change to play with! and so much to learn. I’ve noticed people list extremely overpriced collectibles like this all too often. #ripoff
