1942 silver quarter, wheats, and a old Yale lock

I went back today for a three and a half hour hunt with Vino at the permission of his, that we found those LC'c. It was our last day there, Vino found a cool fob, I never got any pix, I'm not sure what else he found, he will have to post. I had another fun day at a beautiful spot, I found a 1942 quarter, a 2000 dollar (clad) six wheats (the oldest was 1928) and a cool Yale & Towne MFG Co padlock

Very nice padlock-- with that chain I suspect it might have been used by a railroad company, but I thought most railroad locks were larger.

Nope, not a railroad lock, site is 1600's old, of course I found that dollar coin that is dated 2000

Thank you everyone, I went last night to a farmers house with my GF after dinner hoping to catch him home and not working his field. He gave me permission to hunt there and we had a nice visit with him and his wife. His house was built in 1910. Meeting people like them is another thing I love about this hobby. I also went to another place for the second time to follow up on a "I'll have to run it by my wife" that house was built in 1740. I hope to keep getting these private homes, I love old yard hunts!
