do you know any buyer of Wells Fargo here in the philippines, i know someone who has this treasure and its in different denominations, $1,$2,$5,$10,$20,$50 and $100.

Call Wells Fargo and ask them if they would like to buy their money back.
Might want to call US Secret Service, they like Wells Fargo money too, but they might want you to deliver it in person.

I think you are comparing a proof coin to a business strike. Big difference!!
