No expert, seems like very slight wear, grade 58 - 60; nice coin.

Hard to be accurate just going by a photo with the coin in a holder. Marks on the plastic can look like marks on the coin.

I've been aware of that and those cases. I gently rubbed it with a cloth before taking the photos. He told me those marks have been on the coin before casing it and storing it in a box.

Cant tell from a picture scrathes or marks coin shows have people who will professionally grade them free most times.

Why does it need graded? Writing on a cardboard flip doesnt really mean anything but in the world of coins it would be considered "circulated" and that's about it. That's ms60 and theres millions of them.
Its basic circulated in decent shape.
I was just curious but it is in nice shape.
