Being from Missouri, I have been wanting to get one of the Missouri Centennial commemorative coins. I know they are generally costly, too. I came upon this one auction, and something doesn't feel right. The seller is in Macedonia and the Missouri coin they are selling just doesn't look right. I am no expert on them, so what do you all think? Real or not?

My gut says no.

Its in Europe--I would pass on it imo--8-)

Listen to your gut. eBay is doing much better in not allowing the listing of out-and-out counterfeit coins but there are still quite a few sketchy offerings...

Good luck to all,

I worry about that shipping since its in Europe. I don't think it smells good to me but trust your gut.

The auction details state "No silver coin," which may be a bad translation, but the only negative feedback he has states "Fake coin." I think that should say it all.

I reported the coin as a fake and eBay never acted on it.

I reported all 3 of this Seller's offerings. What does "No silver coin" mean? It can't be good for the "winner."

Good luck to all,
