1919 Wheat Only 1" Down

Got this 1919 Wheat Penny this morning in a park next to an oak tree only 1" below the surface. The area has some history before it became a park in the 60's but it's hard to believe this penny's been sitting there for 75+ years. The rest of the coins were clad but a few were from the 60's. Still looking for silver in this park but I know it's there!

Congrats on the old wheat penny !! Hopefully you will pull silver out of there some day.
 

It happens sometimes I remember when my buddy Ed ustate found a 1864 IH on to top of the ground next to a tree...

I found wheats like that before, heck I got lucky once and found a tarnished 64 roosie on the surface, obviously a recent drop, but still cool.

Ya just never know!
