1916 D Merc, yea I know this isn't right, but......

SO I did find a 1916 D Mercury today. The only problem is that it is three inches in diameter. Geez.....probably the closest I'll ever get to the real thing lol. I guess my silver streak ended as well. Not sure a silver plated baby fork counts as silver, besides most of the silver is gone. On a positive note, found a 1907 Indian Head Penny, next to a 1911 D Wheat. Also got at a 47D Wheat and a 44S Wheat. Not bad in the 104 degree heat, waiting for kids to get out of school. Sorry pics are sideways again....still haven't located my camera.

Thanks for looking, and playing along.

Nice finds! There could be a merc hiding in the area. Based on these coins you found I would be willing to bet there almost has to be.

You found an inflated dime! So that's what our money's gonna look like! I'm gonna need a bigger purse! Won't need to exercise with a pocket full of that!

Thanks everyone. It was a fun day.

Msbeepbeep--that is too funny, lol, but that is probably where we are headed!!!
