I found a coin with my metal detector that changed my life. This is the mini documentary of my 1901 S Barber Quarter. From finding it in the ground to selling it at auction and everything in between. It has been said that this coin is the rarest US silver coin of the 20th century (in existance). Be there as I dig it up. Experience the process of what happens when you find something of value that you want to sell. Where do you turn? What steps do you take?

and it was found in Idaho. Way to lead the way Brandon, good finds are everywhere, ya just gotta dig

Very nice and clean straight to the point documentary. That Barber Quarter is even better. Sure the auction anticipation was killing you but good memories that you'll never forget, and if you do you have the video. Glad to see the bids come through in the end. We're you able to see how many were watching or were potential bidders in that last minute or so ?
Congratulations !

To answer a few questions. I was able to see how many views and watchers there were. They were 23 watchers and over 8000 views. As for what I did with the money? I bought some awesome detecting stuff and pimped out my jeep so now it's a nugget finding monster!

Well done! Great video and congrats on finding that ultra rare Barber!

Nice digs. Good job on a great coin.

Great find, man. I was on the edge of my seat. The suspense was killing me and then, BAM, bidding war began. I didn't see it coming but there it was. I laughed, i cried, I felt all the emotions that a good coin auction delivers. Thank you for that and congrats!

Nice one Dr., my 1st silver coin found with my detector was an 1898 Barber. See my avatar. Just 3 years too old to be in the money. That's Ok though, it's priceless to me. I'm a Jeeper too, yours is pretty sweet! Congrats on your find. "find of a lifetime", does that mean you're done detecting? Lol...Not! Looking forward to seeing more from you man.

That was a stupendous find and an equally impressive way to show usthe "what next". I have several coins that I will ultimately sell (none as good as your 1901 obviously) and I appreciate the guidance on what to do to sell them.
All the best,
Brad

Glad the video is giving guidance to those with coins that they want to sell! I realized that there wasn't really anything out there to help us prepare ourselves for what comes next! If you guys have any questions about the process, feel free to hit me up.
