trying to get pics uploaded, having trouble...

Oops, just saw this post. What file type are you trying to upload and how large are they?

This what is allowed - Shows under "Add Images" when making a post.
Allowed file types: jpg, gif, kml, png
Maximum attachment size allowed: 1000 KB, per post: 12

files are jpg but size is in mb., dont know what to do, keeps telling me error..........

You will have to scale the photos down, they are too large. Are you familiar with the program "Paint"? It should be on your PC.

YO HOMIE,
NICE QUARTER, I CAN TELL YOUR HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE IMAGE SIZE. BUT HONESTLY I HAVE SEEN THIS QUARTER, AND FOR BEING BURIED 8 IN. DEEP IT STILL HAS THE MINT LUSTER.
GREAT FIND JZ.................. VPONE WILL HELP YOU GET IT RESIZED.......PACO :headbang:

There are many ways of re-sizing, but this is how to do it with the Paint program. Do a few and it goes really quick.

-Open the program "Paint".

-Then click "File" and then "Open". This will bring up the folders/files on your computer.

-Select the file you wish to work with.

-With the file/image open, click on "Image". This will open a drop down menu.

-From the drop down menu, click "Stretch/Skew". This will open another box.

-In this box you will see "Stretch" with options for "Horizontal" and "Vertical". The %'s for these will be at 100.

-Change the value from 100 to your new percentage (either shrinking or enlarging, though enlarging will cause some loss of quality) and click OK.

-Your picture will be re-sized. Save the newly sized photo as a new file so as to retain your original.

Thanks for all of your help in sizing my pic "digginthepast"! hopefully i will have a pic soon! :hello2:

the paint program worked very well, however, i'm going to have to get much better resolution pics than what i've posted, at least there are pics now!!!

Very nice indeed.... looks alot better than the 1916 I found last year.
Congradulations,
Felix

Sweet Barber. :headbang: :headbang:

I see you got the posting pics part down. :icon_thumright:

I'm going to combine your "reverse" thread with this one. You can attach multiple photos to a thread.

After you attach your first image, press the (more attachments) button and another browse box will pop up. Then you can add that image and can do that for up to 12 images.

jzm - I combined all 3 posts into one, hope I didn't confuse anyone doing so. Some of the posts may show as being removed when they were actually combined.

Again, nice looking Barber. :icon_thumright: Welcome to T-Net.
