Finally! Having recently registered, I have made a find that I think is worthy of posting for your enjoyment and mine. I found these coins at 2 cottages on Seneca Lake in the New York Fingerlakes region. There's lots of early American history here and the Ih proves this spot is worthy of more hunts. Here's the pics...hope I can do this...1879 Indian head, 1946 Washington quarter, 2 Rosies '51 and '53 and all the other clad coins and pennies. Hope you dig it, lol. I know I did. ;D

oooh, getting close to that 1877 there, ain't ya! great finds....keep it going.
 

Yeah, I saw that when I checked the book...2 years older and it could have been worth a grand or more...one of these days... ::)
 

Theres a few of us who hunt around the fingerlakes, this area has potential if you look in the right spots. good luck on your next hunt, and welcome to Tnet. :thumbsup:
