Both show some environmental damage ... the FE more than the IHC. The 1857 might get a grade of F12/Net VG8 and the 1864 VF20/Net F12. Realistically, the 57 might fetch $20-25 and the 64 around $100. You'll notice the obverse lettering at the 2-3 o'clock position is weak. It appears your coin was struck thru ... i.e., something got between the dies and the planchet. In most cases grease used on the presses got on the dies.

Pretty good info here, but myself I would go a tad lower on the 64. Still I think we are both in the ball park!
