Cool...you find the part of the shoe buckle that I can never seem to get...I always find the frame part..
 

Nice finds and congrats on the LC! I checked my buckle book, buckles similar to yours date from 1660-1800, nice! HH, Mike
 

To narrow the buckle down even more, Georgian 1720-1790. If it is smaller than 65 mm across the buckle, it could be the earlier style buckle. The round buckles of this period were the first types produced, squareish styles appeared later in the 1700s. Nice find and HH, Mike
