1844 Henry Clay Campaign pendant/token

Been out 5 times with the AT Pro and have hit silver on 4 outings and gold on one, needless to say, I love this machine!
I dug this token/pendant yesterday. Needs cleaning as soon as I figure out how to do it without damaging it. (suggestions appreciated). From all my research it is a 1844 campaign item. Other than an 1834 large cent this would be my oldest item so far.

Very nice! I live near the Clay furnace, he's one of those figures I think most people forget about... ironic considering how many times he campaigned for the presidency!
