1841 "O" dime continued

I posted this the other day and got a few requests to post more clear pics, so heres the best I could do. The lighting isn't very bright but the flash made it horrible. And yes, I did put it in plastic the other day lol

It's such a beautiful coin... worth quite a bit too. Are you planning on actually sending it to a grading service to be properly stored?

Wow!,, that thing looks good, WTG!!!
I think that's one of the best looking seated's I've seen posted...
I have often wondered, can the grading services be trusted?, I know not too many other place can be these days. How can tell your going to get the same coin back, without putting some kind of mark on it... As you can tell, I don't trust the big boys...

Your best bet is to send it to ANACS. You probably put hairline scratches on it when you wiped it with a rag. PCGS and NGC will bodybag it with no grade. You pay for your coin to be put in a bag and sent back. Plus PCGS and NGC, you must pay a membership fee or submit through a dealer. Anacs will "net" grade it cleaned (dock some points) and no membership is required. These three grading services are all well respected services.

Oh, and by the way very nice coin, don't wipe anymore down. There are many grading services, but most are jokes. Stick with one of these three (and I should include ICG).
