1807 Draped Bust silver. A pair of them....

Just showing off my newest coins. I decided to drop some money on some Draped Bust silver to further extend my type set. They will not fit in the Dansco but that is OK.
The Half Dollar has a pretty good mark on Libertys cheek and a few rim nicks. Nice overall detail. The Quarter has had a serious cleaning at some point. The rim is gone on the top of the Obverse. No damage at all on the Quarter.

Now those are two beautiful coins. Too bad someone cleaned the quarter. Its in great shape though. Great detail on both of them. Well now your one DB silver up on me. ::)

I agree about the cleaning on the Quarter :-\ The selling point for me was the overall detail and grade. As for the Half, the gash on her cheek is a bummer but the overall detail did it for me once again. They look better in hand :icon_thumleft: The light in the photo pulls out all of the imperfections.

As far as being one up on you........ Its karma, you will probably DIG a DB silver this spring :headbang:
